All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00-3:00 PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.
FREE SHIPPING on $75+ orders
Free shipping is available only for Domestic orders over $75 +. Free shipping will only apply if your subtotal is over the minimum after any promotional code has been used. Transit time for FREE SHIPPING and Ground may vary 3-7 business days.
We are currently not offering international shipping.
Track your package
All items will be delivered via FedEx Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carrier’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
Please note, So Me is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons.
